a. Water
Terms physically clean water to drink is colorless, tasteless andodorless. Sources of water include springs, rivers, water
rain, dew, plants (cane, bananas, moss, roots hanging, bag semar),the result of condensation of water plants and soil excavation.
b. Food
When food sources are taken less and less, we can take advantageof the natural food source of flora (plants) and fauna (animals).Edible plant part is the fruit, stems, leaves and root (tuber).
It should be noted in consuming plants:
- Avoid brightly colored plants
- Avoid sticky white plants, except those already known to be safeedible
- Try tasting a bit or applying to the skin. Usually plants harmfuleffects will cause itchy, red and hot on the body.
- Vary the food you eat to avoid the accumulation of substances thatmay be bad for your health
- Do not eat plants for food dubious
