a. Stress Fractures
The signs:
- There does not appear
- Pain when pressed from above and from below.
- Pain and more pain when the light continues to be used.
Cause:
- Legs that have a high arch, so most are concentrated on the forcestep and leg bones.
Relief:
- Rest your body parts that hurt.

b. Complete fractures
The signs:
- severe pain accompanied by swelling.
- When deciding vein blood can cause bleeding.
 
Cause:
- Violence from outside, hit hard objects, shot fell and so forth.
 
Relief:
- Preventing bleeding
- Prevent accountability
- Prevent pain
- Preventing infection
- dressings / pembidaian
